Diane's Dream House is a fully-furnished 4 bedroom home on Goodyear Lake, ready for your vacation enjoyment. This vacation home features a large eat-in kitchen, a dining room, living room and sunroom/bedroom with a queen size bed plus a full bath on the first floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms and another full bath. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the last bedroom has 2 twin beds. The house is air conditioned and has lake rights. During your stay you will have access to Goodyear Lake for canoeing, fishing, and other water activities. There is a gas grill and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy pleasant evening cookouts. You will be just a short ride away from all of the baseball activity. Rates and Terms

Weekly rate - $1,200.00
Summer season full week rentals only.
No Hall of Fame Induction Week surcharge.
No smoking.
No pets.
Absolutely no team parties.

Contact us at rentals@CooperstownCottage.com or by phone at (203) 374-0540 to confirm that your desired week is available. You may choose to fill out our Reservation Form online.

Weeks are generally booked well in advance of the planned stay. To ensure that you are able to secure the house you desire at the time you desire, please contact us as early as possible.

Payments are due in two installments.

After receiving confirmation that the week and house you requested is available, we will hold your reservation for seven (7) days. Please mail your deposit for 50% of the rental amount to arrive within that time. Your initial deposit is fully refundable until 90 days prior to your arrival date.
The second payment for the balance of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to your stay.

If your deposit is not received within one week of your initial request to rent the house, and you have not made alternative arrangements, we will discontinue your hold on the house and the house will become available to others.

Please advise us immediately if you require other arrangements.
