The McClure House is a fully-furnished 3 bedroom home on Rt 28 in the center of Milford, NY. The central location makes this the ideal location to stay with a short ride to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The first floor features a large dining room, living room and kitchen. There is one bedroom with two twin size beds plus a full bath on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with queen beds and another full bath. There is a full size sleeper-sofa in the living room if additional sleeping space is desired. Rates and Terms
- Weekly rate - $1,200.00
- Summer season full week rentals only.
- No Hall of Fame Induction Week surcharge.

Weeks are generally booked well in advance of the planned stay. To ensure that you are able to secure the house you desire at the time you desire, please contact us as early as possible.
Payments are due in two installments.
- After receiving confirmation that the week and house you requested is available, we will hold your reservation for seven (7) days. Please mail your deposit for 50% of the rental amount to arrive within that time. Your initial deposit is fully refundable until 90 days prior to your arrival date.
- The second payment for the balance of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to your stay.
If your deposit is not received within one week of your initial request to rent the house, and you have not made alternative arrangements, we will discontinue your hold on the house and the house will become available to others.
